1. The battery is changed by removing
the cover on the inside of the grind
switch.

battery that it is mounted the correct
way up as per the illustration.

1. Not Switching – Stop welding immedia-
tely if the auto lens stays light and will
not darken. Review the sensitivity re-
commendations and adjust sensitivity.
Clean lens cover and sensors of any
obstructions. Note! Make sure the sen-
sors are clean and facing the arc; ang-
les of 45° or more do not allow the arc
light to reach the sensors.
2. Not switching – If the auto lens stays
dark after the weld arc is extinguished,
