12. Ensure tensioner pulley retaining lug located in slot in cylinder head.
13. Fit timing belt in following order, guide pulley, tensioner pulley, camshaft sprocket (CA1),
camshaft sprocket (CA2)
14. Tighten tensioner pulley bolt, do not overtightening.
15. Hold camshaft sprockets with counterholding tool and tighten bolt of each camshaft sprocket.
Tightening torque: 50 Nm
Note: DO NOT use camshaft timing tool to hold camshafts when tightening bolts.
16. Remove all tools.
17. Turn crankshaft nearly two turns clockwise.
18. Install crankshaft locking tool.
19. Turn crankshaft slowly clockwise until crankshaft web stops against locking tool.
20. Install the camshaft positioning tool (1). Ensure tool (1) can be inserted easily. Secure with bolts.
Install the camshaft timing check pin (3). Ensure tool (3) is fully inserted in sprocket. If not:

Repeat installation procedure.

22. Remove all timing tools.
23. Hold camshaft sprockets with counterholding tool.
24. Tighten bolt of each camshaft sprocket to desired torque value/angle of roration.
Note: DO NOT use camshaft timing tool to hold camshafts when tightening bolts.
25. Refit exhaust camshaft adjuster cover. Use new bolts and tighten to desired torque value.
26. Refit inlet camshaft adjuster blanking plug. Note: Replace blanking plug O-ring if damaged.
27. Refit blanking plug to cylinder block.
28. Install components in reverse order of removal.
