• The cooking time for different foods
depends on the type and thickness
of the foods.
• Foods should be cooked thoroughly
before consumption.
7. When the food is cooked as desired,
lift the Handle to open the Plates, then
remove the food using the utensils. If
more cooking will be done at this time,
close the Plates to conserve heat.
8. Turn off the product by unplugging the
Power Cord from the electrical outlet.
9. When the unit has completely cooled,
press the release plate button, then lift
the cooking plates up and move them
backwards, clean using the cleaning
spatula (6) and dry it.
5. PRACTICAL ADVICE
• Do not use metal objects or sharp
utensils when handling food, since this
may damage the non-stick coating.
• Try to ensure that the food is cut up in
a uniform manner, in order to enable
proper cooking.
• If the food releases a lot of fat, place the
drip tray (5) underneath the catch-tray to
avoid dirtying the table or worktop.
• As a general rule, we recommend that
you season fish before cooking, and
season meat afterwards.
• Clean the meat or fish with a damp cloth
and then dry well, otherwise the water
will have a negative effect on the heat
transfer process.
• We recommend that you grease the
plaques with a little margarine or salad
oil.
