2. By pressing the MODE key, the
small COUNT window (total number of
strokes) will start flashing.
3. Select the strokes by pressing the
UP/DOWN keys.
4. Begin the exercise and the number
of strokes will start to count down.
When the countdown reaches zero it
will beep for 8 seconds to indicate that
