Indications:
Chronic post-traumatic or post-operative soft tissue irritations in the ankle area, arthrosis,
ligament weakness, after removal of plaster cast, ligament injuries, distortion of upper ankle
joint, supination prophylaxis.
Contraindications:
Peripheral arterial occlusive disease (PAOD), lymphatic drainage disorders including unclear
soft tissue swelling distal to the positioned aid, sensory disturbances and circulatory disorders
in the specific body region, skin diseases in the specific part of the body.
Composition:
40 % polyamide (COOLMAX®), 40 % polyamide, 19 % elastane (LYCRA®), 1 % silicone
Important Note:
No re-use – this medical aid is intended for treating one patient.
If the support is to be worn at night, observe that the circulation is not impeded. In case of
feelings of numbness, loosen the support and remove it if necessary. In case of persistent
complaints, you should consult a doctor.
Neither use any creams nor ointments when wearing the support as they could damage
the material.
