3. USING THE PRODUCT

A. ASSEMBLING THE JUICE EXTRACTOR
1. Place the juice extractor housing base on a level surface.
2. Make sure the safety bar is placed horizontally to the housing
base, that is, in an unlocked position.
3. Place the fi lter housing on the housing base.
4. Firmly lock the fi lter to the middle of the fi lter housing ensuring
that it is securely in place.
CAUTION: Careful not to touch the blades at the bottom of the
fi lter.
5. Put the lid on the fi lter housing by aligning the feed tube with
the fi lter.
6. Put the safety bar in the locked position by pulling the bar
onto the lid. Pull the bar back until it clicks into place.
7. Slide the pusher into the feed tube by aligning the slot of the
pusher into the recess located inside the feed tube.
8. Put the pulp container in place at the back of the juice extractor
by slightly tilting its opening to slide it under the lid.
9. Place the juice pitcher under the fl ow spout at the front of the
juice extractor with the handle facing the front.

1. Turn off and unplug the juice extractor.
2. Remove the pusher from the feed tube.
3. Remove the pulp container from the juice extractor.
4. Lower the security bar into the unlocked position.
5. Lift and remove the lid from the fi lter housing.
6. Gently remove the fi lter housing without removing the fi lter.
You will only be able to remove the fi lter once the housing has
been removed.
CAUTION: Do not touch the blades at the bottom of the fi lter.
7. Make sure the fl ow spout is in the closed position. Remove the
juice pitcher.
C. USING THE JUICE EXTRACTOR
1. Make sure that the juice extractor is properly assembled. (See
