Fault
Operation via the 12-V socket
(cigarette lighter): The ignition is
switched on but the cool box does
not work. Pull the connector out of
the socket and check the items
described.
7.5 Disposal
– Separate the packaging material as far as possible for recycling.
Note
If the product is to be permanently decommissioned, please check with your local recycling centre or with
your dealer regarding the relevant disposal regulations.

7 Cleaning and maintenance, warranty, troubleshooting and disposal
Possible cause
The 12-V socket is dirty, resulting
in poor electrical contact.
The fuse in the 12-V connector
has blown.
The vehicle fuse has blown.
Proposed solution
If the connector of your cool box
becomes very warm in the 12-V
socket, either the socket needs to
be cleaned or the plug may not
have been assembled correctly.
Replace the fuse (5-A) of the 12-V
connector.
Replace the fuse for the 12-V
socket in your vehicle (please re-
fer to the operating instructions for
your vehicle).
