Important!
WARNING
If the sterile packaging of the Checkmate is
damaged, the product must not be used.
The Checkmate must not be used after the
expiry date and must be re-sterilised as
described in chapter 3.01.04.
Due to the risk of injury resulting from incor-
rect use of the proSA Tools, the instructions
for use must be read carefully and under-
stood before the product is used for the first
time.
WARNING
Prior to use, it is essential to check that the
proSA Tools are complete and intact.

CAUTION
The proSA Adjustment Tool emits a mag-
netic field. Metallic objects and magnetic
storage media should be placed at a suffi-
cient safety distance.
Because of the magnets inside the proSA
Tools, the instruments must not be used in
the vicinity of cardiac pacemakers. Further-
more, there is risk of damage to MRI instru-
ments in their vicinity. For that reason, the
proSA Tools must not be used in such loca-
tions!
