Other errors
Battery error of clock
The back-up battery power for the clock has been completely
depleted. Adjust the date and time after pressing one of the
keys. If connecting the balance to power supply, even if the
back-up battery power for the clock has been depleted the
balance performance will be maintained. When this error
appears frequently, repair is required.
Low battery error
Voltage of the power supply has dropped.
Confirm whether the correct AC adapter is used.
If a rechargeable battery is used, replace it.
Communications error
A protocol error occurred in communications.
Confirm the format, baud rate and parity.
Undefined command error
An undefined command was received. Confirm the command.
Not ready
A received command cannot be processed.
Check the timing of the transmitted command.
e.g. The balance received a Q command in other than the
weighing mode.
e.g. The balance received a Q command while processing a
RE-ZERO command.
Timeout error
When is set, the balance did not receive the next
character of a command within the time limit of one second.
Confirm the communication.
Excess characters error
The balance received excessive characters in a command.
Confirm the command.
Format error
A command includes incorrect data.
Confirm the command.
e.g. The numeric data is incorrect.
e.g. The alphanumeric data is incorrect.
Parameter setting error
The received data exceeds the acceptable range.
Confirm the parameter range of the command.
If the errors described above cannot be resolved or other errors
are displayed, contact your local A&D dealer.
