insTAllATion of mixer Body
Remove the test plug unscrewing the screws that fasten it to the body.
IMPORTANT: throw away the test plug since it is no longer used and keep the screws because they will
be useful in the next installation steps.
Install the mixer body so that the two tubes that come out of it fit into the holes on the built-in body. Take
thescrewspreviouslyremovedfromthetestplugandscrewthemSLIGHTLYinthefourholesvisible
insidethebuttonholesontheflangeofthemixerbody.Checktheperfectorientationofthecolumnwith
thehelpofalevel.Ifthisconditionisnotpresentusethedowels,alreadyinsertedintheflange,toadjust
at best the position of the mixer body. Tighten FIRMLY the screws, previously placed, to fasten the
standonthebuilt-inbody(possiblyscrewingtheminacrosssequencetoguaranteeahomogeneous
fastening)andcheckagaintheorientationofthemixer body.

Enlever le bouchon d'essai en dévissant les vis qui le fixent au corps.
IMPORTANT: jeterlebouchond'essain'étatplusutiliséetgarderlesviscarellesserontutilesdansles
phases successives de l'installation.
Installer le corps mélangeur en faisant en sorte que les deux tubes qui sortent de celui-ci entrent dans
les trous sur le corps encastré. Prendre les vis enlevées auparavant du bouchon d'essai et les visser
LEGEREMENT dans les quatre trous visibles à l'intérieur des boutonnières situées sur la bride du
corps mélangeur. Vérifierl'orientationparfaitdelacolonneàl'aided'unniveau.Sicetteconditionn'est
pasprésentesurlesgrainsdéjàinsérésàl'intérieurdelabride,pourrégleraumieuxlapositiondu
corps mélangeur. SerreravecFORCElesvis,appuyéesauparavant,pourfixerlepiédestalaucorps
encastré(depréférenceenlesvissantenséquencecroiséepourgarantirunefixationhomogène)et
vérifierànouveaul'orientationducorps mélangeur.

Quiteneltapóndeensayoaflojandolostornillosqueloaseguranalcuerpo.
IMPORTANTE: Tiren el tapón de ensayo ya que no irá a ser utilizado más y guarden los tornillos que,
al contrario, serán usadas otra vez durante las fases sucesivas de la instalación.
 I nstalen el cuerpo mezclador de manera que los dos tubos que salen de él entren en los agujeros
realizados en el cuerpo empotrado. Cogen los tornillos anteriormente quitados del tapón de ensayo y
atorníllenlosLIGERAMENTEenloscuatroagujerosvisiblealinteriordelosojalessobrelabridaen
el cuerpo mezclador. Verifiquen la perfecta orientación de la columna ayudándose con un nivel. En
elcasodequenoocurradichacondiciónutilicenlasclavijasdefijación,introducidasyaalinteriorde
labrida,paraajustardelamejormaneralaposicióndelcuerpomezclador. Cierren con FUERZA los
tornillos,anteriormenteapoyados,parafijarelpostealcuerpoempotrado(preferiblementeatornillán-
dolosdemaneracruzadaparagarantizarunafijaciónhomogénea)yvuelvanaverificarlaorientación
del cuerpo mezclador.
