OPERATION - Hot plates - Cooking
1. Place the pan with food on the desired hot plate (2 and / or 3).
2. Switch on the correct hot plate by turning the hot plate setting (10) to the desired position.
3. The hot plate indicator light (8 and / or 9) indicates when the hot plate is in operation.
4. Cook the food until it is cooked.
5. When you have finished cooking, turn the hot plate setting to the position
from the wall socket.
ATTENTION:
•
You cannot control the temperature of the hot plates yourself. The automatic temperature control
keeps the hot plates at the right temperature.
•
Make sure the diameter of the pan is similair to the diameter of the hotplate. Also make sure
the bottom of the pan is flat. This is to avoid wasting energy. And to prevent a defect caused by
disproportionate distribution of heat. Use the small hotplate for small pots and the large hotplate for
large cooking pots.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the appliance every time after use.
1. Remove the plug from the wall socket and allow the appliance to cool down completely.
2. Use warm water with a small amount of washing-up liquid to clean the hot plates, the baking tray,
the grille, the roasting spit and the removal tool. Rinse the items with plenty of water and dry them
thoroughly.
3. Use a damp cloth to clean the interior and exterior of the oven and the door. Dry them thoroughly.
4. Place all the items back in the oven and store the oven
ATTENTION:
•
Make sure the plug has been removed from the plug socket before cleaning the appliance.
•
Never use corrosive or scouring cleaning agents or sharp objects (such as knives or hard brushes) to
clean the appliance.
