• Tighten screws so screen brackets are fi rmly attached to screen. Do not tighten with excessive force. Overtightening
can cause stress damage to screws, greatly reducing their holding power and possibly causing screw heads to
become detached. Tighten to 40 in. • lb (4.5 N.M.) maximum torque.
• If screws don't get three complete turns in the screen inserts or if screws bottom out and bracket is still not tightly
secured, damage may occur to screen or product may fail.
NOTE: For dedicated PLP plate skip to step 3 on page 9.

Remove four 1/4-20 x .6" screws using 5 mm allen wrench (I) and loosen two 1/4-20 x 1.25" screws 1/2 turn to
allow for screen bracket adjustment.
To prevent scratching the screen, set a cloth on a fl at, level surface that will support the weight of the screen.
Place screen face side down and refer to screen manufacturers instructions for removal obstructions from the
back of the screen to prepare for mounting screen brackets to screen. Adjust screen brackets to align with screen
mounting holes as shown below. Select the small, medium, large or extra large screws from the baffl ed fastener
pack, then attach screen brackets to screen following step 2-1 or 2-2 on page 8.
NOTE: Top and bottom mounting holes must be used for attaching screen brackets. Middle holes should also be
used where the fasteners and screens allow. Verify that all holes are properly aligned, then tighten screws using a
phillips screw driver.

Reinstall four 1/4-20 x .6" screws using 5 mm allen wrench (I) into appropriate fi xed-stop position located between screen
bracket and slide block as shown in detail 1. Fully tighten two 1/4-20 x 1.25" screws.
