8. TROUBLESHOOTING

Depending on the symptoms, the possible cause of the problem and its solution can be implemented.
Problem
Engine does not start.
Pressure fluctuates or machine
vibrates.
The machine stops.
The machine starts and stops by itself.
Machine starts but no water comes
out.
In any other case, take the machine to the service agent.
Cause
Machine not connected to mains.
Mains switch in bad state.
Cable damaged.
Switch damaged.
Thermal sensor activated.
Not enough water flow.
Thermal sensor activated.
Lance blocked.
Loss of water in the high pressure
zone.
Water is frozen.
The tap is closed.
The ance is blocked.

Solutión
Connect to mains.
Try another switch. If the engine
does not start, take to nearest service
agent.
Take to service agent. Do not use tape
to solve problem.
Take machine to service agent.
Wait 5 minutes and try again. If
machine still does not start, take to
nearest service agent.
Check that the hose is well connected
and that it has no leaks.
Check that the tap gives enough water
flow to the needs of the machine.
Check the filter and ensure that it is
clean.
Wait 5 minutes and try again.
Clean the lance.
Check that the hose and connectors
are in place and that there are no
leakages. If no problem is found, take
the machine to the nearest service
agent.
Ensure water is not frozen.
Open the tap. Clean the lance.
