MINI QUESADILLA
2 (4-5") tortillas
1/4 cup grated
Mexican cheese
blend
2 tbsp. salsa
CRAB CAKES
1 lb. crabmeat,
shredded
11/2 tbsp. dry
bread crumbs
1 egg
11/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. fresh parsley,
chopped
1/2 tsp. ground
dry mustard
1 dash hot
pepper sauce
salt and pepper
to taste

Preheat the appliance as directed.
Place one tortilla on the lower cooking
surface and evenly spread cheese on tortilla.
Place second tortilla on top of cheese.
Close lid and cook until cheese is melted and tortilla is crisp.
Remove quesadilla from appliance and cut into quarters.
Serve immediately with salsa.
Preheat the appliance as directed.
In a large bowl, mix together crabmeat, bread
crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, beat together egg, mayonnaise, hot sauce
and mustard. Combine with other ingredients and mix well.
Form into patties and place on lower cooking
surface. Cook for about 5 minutes or until lightly
brown. Repeat for each crab cake pattie.
Preheat the appliance as directed.
Once preheated, spray the upper and lower cooking
surfaces with a non-stick cooking spray or lightly
coat with a small amount of vegetable oil.
Scoop 1/4 cup of cookie dough onto lower cooking surface.
Close lid and allow to cook for about 10 minutes.
Use spatula to remove cookie from appliance when
cookie has just barely started to turn brown. Repeat
three more times to use rest of cookie dough.
Allow cookies to cool on cooling rack before serving.
