5.4. Screw connections
Check all screw connections weekly to ensure they are tight, especially the securing of the machine to the wall. Tighten
any screw connections where necessary.
5.5. Moving parts
Lubricate the bearings and bushings at the locations marked (fig. 7). These parts must be inspected regularly and
changed if they are wearing too much.
When changing transmission parts, always use a hoist (front loader, pulley) to guard against
falling or sagging!! Risk of injury!!

5.6. Brushes
The brushes must be changed once they have worn down and are demonstrating only inadequate cleaning performance
on the animals.
Changing the brushes
1. Unfasten the screw on the brush and remove the clamping plate
2. Pull off the brush and replace with the new brush
3. Assemble the parts in reverse order. Secure screw with threadlocker.
Brush cleaning
The brush element should be cleaned every 6 weeks with a suitable disinfectant. (For example INTERKOKASK Spray
#299698 from Albert KERBL GmbH)
5.7. Entire machine
The entire machine must be cleaned on a regular basis.
The gears, motor and electrical components must not be cleaned with high-pressure cleaners.
Only clean the control box with a damp sponge / cloth!
