M
ODULE POTENTIAL WITH RESPECT TO GROUNDING
The presence of a significant voltage between each PV generator pole and grounding is normal during operation of a
transformerless inverter, as with this inverter. This voltage is due to the fact that the neutral is connected to grounding on a TT or
TN distribution system. This voltage varies based on inverter type.
CAUTION: THIS INVERTER HAS A TOPOLOGY WITHOUT TRANSFORMER (TL). THE
STRING OF PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS MUST BE FLOATING AND NOT GROUNDED.
ONLY PHOTOVOLTAIC MODULES CLASSIFIED AS CLASS A UNDER IEC 61730 CAN BE
CONNECTED TO THIS INVERTER.

ESIDUAL
URRENT
This inverter incorporates a type B residual current device compliant with EN 60755, which protects the whole part of the PV
system between the PV generator and the AC connector of the inverter against indirect contact. It may therefore be necessary to
protect the power line between the inverter and the meter, if it is not a dedicated line and is accessible to unqualified personnel. In
this case, it is advisable to install a dedicated RCD (see "Recommended RCD").
