    5.2.1 UNSAFE Vehicle Belt Systems DO NOT use any of the following systems to secure the infant restraint. LATCH can be used IN PLACE OF the vehicle belt system.     4. Insert the two buckle tongues into the harness buckle on the crotch strap. Make sure that you hear each tongue click into the buckle. DO NOT use the infant restraint if the harness does not latch in place. Call Graco at 1-800-345-4109.
