Perfil de entrenamiento y programa de metas
La consola le permite seleccionar el programa de perfil y el tipo de meta para su entrenamiento (Distancia, Tiempo o
Calorías), además de establecer el valor de meta.
HIIT/SPEED:
Nota: Para ciertos programas de perfil, la meta no se puede ajustar (por ejemplo: el entrenamiento Andador de 5K
tiene una meta de distancia de 5K).
1. Párese sobre los posapiés laterales.
HEART RATE TARGET:
2. Presione el botón User (Usuario) para elegir el perfil de usuario deseado.
3. Presione los botones de Programas para seleccionar una categoría de entrenamiento.

Si el programa de entrenamiento seleccionado tiene un perfil de inclinación o velocidad personalizado, la consola
mostrará el indicador "EDIT INCLINE" ("Editar inclinación"). Presione los botones de aumento () o disminución ()
