generates, uses and can emit radio waves, and if not
installed and used in accordance with the instruction
manual, may cause harmful interference to radio
communications. Operating this equipment in a
residential area is likely to cause harmful interference,

The equipment may be operated under the following

and (2) the user of the device must be prepared to
accept any radio interference received, even if such

In accordance with Industry Canada regulations, this
radio transmitter may be operated with an antenna of
a type and maximum gain (or less) approved for the
transmitter by Industry Canada.
To reduce the risk of radio interference for other
users, the type of antenna and its gain should be
chosen so that the equivalent isotropic radiated

required to establish satisfactory communication.
