TROUBLESHOOTING

If the device and pump do not seem to be operating correctly
together by starting and stopping with water usage, first check
that the technical features of the flow controller and the pump
are compatible. Use the table and figures in this manual to
confirm compatibility.
For the flow control to properly operate the pump system, water
must pass through the device every time water is needed. The water
supply to the device and pump system is typically from a municipal
or utility water main line. The device can also operate on a cistern or
other non-pressurized water tank, but this should be located above
both the pump and the highest water outlet to ensure water flow
through the system.
Troubleshooting
Check the electrical connections.
Check electrical circuit breaker panel.
Check pump and suction line for debris.
Check plumbing and water supply.
Correct installation so that the control device is vertical, with all writing on
the product label in the proper upright position.
