The barcode scanner bracket can be fitted to either side of the display head.
It can be fitted offset by 90° to point forwards, backwards or sideways.
NOTE
If you also mount a
code scanner bracket must be fitted such that it points sideways.
1. Put the barcode scanner bracket in the desired position.
2. Fit the barcode scanner bracket to the display head using a cross-head
screw.
► Disinfect the following components before initial commissioning
(➔ "Disinfecting", page 36):
– Column and recessed handle
– Display head and display unit
– Measuring rod, head slide with measuring flap
– Weighing platform
– Handrail (optional accessory)
The device is equipped with two casters to facilitate transport over short
distances.
1. If necessary, remove the plug-in power supply unit from the power socket
and from the device.
2. Fold down the measuring flap and push the upper telescopic element of
the measuring rod into its lowest position.
3. Take hold of the recessed handle of the device.
CAUTION!
Injury from device falling over
► Ensure that you have a firm hold of the device when transporting it.
4. Tilt the device until it can be moved freely on the casters.
5. Move the device slowly and carefully over door sills.
6. Transport the device to its new setup location.
