Para poder disparar una secuencia de parpadeo en el objeto de salida, el objeto de entrada tendrá que haber recibido antes
un telegrama.
A través del parámetro "Parpadear" se establece si la secuencia de parpadeo se inicia con un telegrama ON u OFF en el
objeto de entrada. La secuencia de parpadeo también se puede iniciar con un "Cambio de estado", es decir, cuando la señal
de entrada pasa "0" a "1" o de "1" a "0".
