Remove the food item from the plate. Always use a cloth to remove the
food item from the appliance.

Close the lid to retain the heat for further use.

To switch off the appliance, turn the roasting/ browning level regulator
to the "Stop" position (left) and disconnect the plug from the socket. The
heating elements and thermostat will not function if the roasting/browning
level regulator is in "Stop" position. However, the red "POWER" LED contin-
ues to glow until the plug is disconnected from the socket.

Allow the appliance to cool down completely.
7. Adjusting the level of roasting/browning
You can use the "Roasting/browning level regulator" to adjust the degree of
cooking. The further the roasting/browning level regulator is turned to the right,
the longer and more intense is the degree of cooking.
8. Cleaning and Care
Important: Disconnect the power plug and allow the appliance to cool down com-
pletely before cleaning it. Never immerse the appliance in water or some other
liquid.
Wipe the lid, base and cooking plates with a damp cloth and a non-abrasive soap
or dishwashing detergent. Wipe it with a clean, soft, damp cloth and dry it with a
towel.
Storage: Store the cleaned appliance in a clean and dry location.
Caution! Never store the appliance when it is still hot or plugged in.
Caution! Never wrap the cable tightly around the appliance, but use the cable
winder provided for this purpose. Do not subject the cable to a heavy tension,
since it may buckle and be permanently damaged.
Please do not use any aggressive or chemical cleaning agents!
