Read, understand and follow the warnings
and instructions in this manual.
Check all fasteners and verify they are at the
proper torque.
Replace fasteners as needed.
Check wiring is correct and the connections
are tight
Check there are no bare or exposed wires,
terminals, or damage to the cables
(chafing/cutting).
Cover terminals with boots. Repair or
replace wires as needed.
If damaged, discontinue use and replace
rope immediately.
Keep winch, rope, and switch control free
from contaminants.
Use a clean rag or towel to remove any dirt
and debris.
