The device is for starting vehicles with a 12 V wiring system if the
start-up capacity of the vehicle batteries is insufficient. It can also
provide 12 V auxiliary power to 12 V devices such as tire compres-
sors, inverters, and other 12 V accessories. It can also be used for
charging external devices via USB. Any other use is considered
improper.
