– whilst wearing the brace, please neither use any creams nor ointments in
the vicinity of the attached aid as they can destroy the material
Fitting instructions

Before putting it on, set the thumb wrap and the wrist fastener to the
largest possible circumferences and pull the BORT Generation wrist-
thumb brace over the thumb/metacarpus and lower arm.

Then, set first the thumb wrap and next the wrist cord strap to the
individual width using the Velcro surfaces.

Finally close the brace fully.
If required, the internal aluminium reinforcement splint can be removed from
the brace and be individually formed by an expert.
Removal
Open all the Velcro fasteners and pull the brace off over the fingers. Close the
Velcro fasteners in order to avoid early wear to the Velcro surface.

Polyamide (PA), polyester (PES), polyurethane (PUR), elastane (EL), cotton (CO)
The sewn in textile label provides the precise material composition.
