Raclette
Suitable cheese: Raclette cheese,
Emmental, Gouda or Edam.
1. Put some ingredients in a pan and
cover them with a slice of cheese.
2. Place the pans on the cooking
zone. The heat slowly melts the
cheese.
3. When the cheese bubbles, it is
ready to eat.
4. Traditionally, jacket potatoes are
used as a side dish. However, you
can also have bread or other side
dishes.
Note:
Do not use cheeses that melt slowly.
Original raclette
Around 200-250 g of cheese and potatoes
per person, plus side dishes. Place a 1/2
cm thick slice of cheese, cut to size, in
the pan and slide it under the grill. When
the cheese has melted and is creamy,
remove the cheese with the help of a
wooden spatula and serve with jacket
potatoes, potatoes baked in aluminium
foil, baguette or toast, for example.
Frying meat
1. Cut the meat or sausages into
small pieces or slices.
2. Spread some cooking oil on the
grill plate.
3. Place the meat on the grill plate.
4. Turn the meat regularly with a
wooden spatula.
5. Remove the meat from the grill
plate when it is cooked as desired.
6. Sprinkle a little salt on the meat
according to taste.
Note:
Only fry small or thin pieces of meat. Do
not fry ingredients that can burn easily.
Never leave the appliance unattended
during use.
