manufacturer's liability null and
void.
Installation
Be sure to remove all packaging material from inside the
appliance.
Assembling the product
Fit the shoe (A) with the vacuum cleaner body (F).
(Fig.1)
Check that the shoe is properly fixed.
Fit the handle of the vacuum cleaner (E) to its body (F)
and fix it using the bolt (G). (Fig.2)
The appliance has a wall support for charging (N), which
must be fixed to the wall.
Installing the wall bracket for charging
The appliance has a wall support piece for charging (N)
to hold and charge the product.
Fix the wall support for charging in the manner you con-
sider the most suitable, using plugs, screws, adhesives,
etc. (Fig.3)
Ensure the support is anchored in such a way that it can
withstand at least double the appliance's weight.
Fit the appliance onto the wall support for charging.

Charging the battery
CAUTION:The new battery does not come completely
charged and must be charged up to the maximum befo-
re using the appliance for the first time.
- Charge the battery at room temperature between 4
and 40ºC.
- Plug the charger into the mains.
- The time needed to charge completely is from 12 to 14
hours approximately (Speedfight 18.0) and from 4 to 6
hours approximately (Speedfight 29.2 Lithium). Never
try to overcharge the batteries (although it is recommen-
ded that the batteries are charged for 14 hours for the
first time).
- While the battery is charging, the pilot light will come
on indicating that the charger is charging the battery.
- When the battery is charged disconnect the charger
from the mains supply.
Note: Do not use the appliance while it is connected to
the charger.
Instructions for use
Before use:
- Before using this product for the first time, it is impor-
tant to make a full charge of batteries.
Use:
- Remove the appliance from the charger support.
- Turn the appliance on using the on/off switch. (Fig. 5)
- The ON pilot light will emit a blue light around the
switch.
- The vacuum cleaner must be tilted in the usage posi-
tion for operation. (Fig.6)

Once you have finished using the appliance:
- Turn the appliance off, using the on/off switch.
- Fit the appliance onto the wall support for charging.

Cleaning
- Disconnect the charger from the mains and let it cool
before undertaking any cleaning task.
- Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few
drops of washing-up liquid and then dry.
- Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base
pH such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleaning
the appliance.
- Do not submerge the appliance in water or any other
liquid, or place it under a running tap.
Emptying the dust box:
- Empty the vacuum deposit when dust is visible though
the transparent walls, when it is full, or when the va-
cuum cleaner does not work to its full potential.
- Uncouple the vacuum cleaner deposit (Fig.7)
- Open the deposit cover at the top. (Fig.8)
- Remove the deposit filter along with the motor filter.

- Empty the contents into a suitable rubbish container.
- Check the condition of the filters before replacing
them.
Changing the motor filter:
- To remove filters:
- Uncouple the vacuum cleaner deposit (Fig.7)
- Open the deposit cover at the top. (Fig.8)
- Remove the deposit filter along with the motor filter.

- To reassemble the filter, proceed with the above ins-
tructions, in reverse order.
Supplies
- Supplies can be acquired from distributors and
authorised establishments (such as filters, etc. ) for your
appliance model.
- Always use original supplies, designed specifically for
your appliance model.
Anomalies and repair
- Take the appliance to an authorised technical support
service if problems arise. Do not try to dismantle or
repair without assistance, as this may be dangerous.
- If the connection to the mains has been damaged, it
must be replaced and you should proceed as you would
in the case of damage.
Ecology and recyclability of the product
- The materials of which the packaging of this appliance
consists are included in a collection, classification and
recycling system. Should you wish to dispose of them,
use the appropriate public recycling bins for each type
of material.
