6 Charging the battery pack via docking station
WARNING:
Risk of injury from improper charging! Only
use the supplied power adapter and the
supplied docking station to charge the bat-
tery pack.

NOTE:
Make sure that the appliance is switched on
(On/Off button to position "1") before you
switch on the power adapter for charging.
An appliance can only be charged if it is
switched on.
1. Connect the power adapter to the charger
socket on the side of the appliance
(Fig. 15).
2. Lay the cable inside the cable feed on the
underside of the docking station (Fig. 16).
3. Connect the power adapter to a socket
which carries the same voltage as that in-
dicated on the power adapter's type plate.
4. Place the appliance on the docking station
so that the charging contacts on the appli-
ance and the docking station are in con-
tact (Fig. 17).
- The charge indicator light "
green (Fig. 17).
- The appliance charges.
You have 3 options as to how to proceed:
- Press the ("Full Go") button:
- The rechargeable battery in the appli-
ance is first charged to full capacity (du-
ration approximately 5 hours).
- The appliance starts the cleaning pro-
cess as soon as the rechargeable bat-
tery is fully charged.
- Press the ("Go") button:
- The appliance starts the cleaning pro-
cess immediately as soon as the "Go"
button is pressed, regardless of the
charge status.
- It is therefore recommendable to charge
the rechargeable battery sufficiently be-
forehand.
- Press the "24H" button:
- The rechargeable battery is charged to
full capacity.
- The appliance starts the cleaning pro-
cess 24 hours after this button has been
pressed.
