Floorboard Removal/Cleaning

1.
From the back of the trailer, push the bottom of
the floorboard upwards towards the inside of the
trailer, on both corners, until it snaps past the plastic
retainer.
2.
Rotate floorboard upwards and slide towards the
back of the trailer.
3.
Remove and hand wash fabric parts with warm water
and mild soap or detergent. DO NOT use bleach
or solvents.
4.
Reinstall by sliding front under front frame tubes and
rotating downwards.
5.
Push floorboard firmly down and ensure all snaps are
engaged on flooboard.

Brake Adjustment

1.
Remove the wheels and activate the brake lever (Fig. 34).
2.
The brake pins should protrude a minimum of 10mm (Fig. 34).
If less than 10mm, they will need to be adjusted to ensure
proper brake function.
3.
To adjust the brake rod protrusion:
a.
Remove floorboard.
b.
Raise brake cable flap on the brake lever side of the trailer
(Fig. 35)
c.
Adjust the cable by rotating the corresponding barrel
adjuster counterclockwise to tighten the cable (Fig. 36).
Rotate the left barrel adjuster for the left-side brake and
the right barrel adjuster for the right-side brake.
d.
Rotate barrel adjuster until pin potrudes a minimum
of 10mm.
e.
Secure the adjuster by tightening the nut against the
plastic housing using a 8mm wrench (Fig. 37).
4.
Release the brake and activate it to ensure proper function
5.
Lower the brake cable flap and replace floorboard.
