T-Connector Wiring Kit
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read instructions thoroughly before beginning.
2. Locate the vehicles tail light
wiring harness under the rear of
the truck, behind the bumper
along the frame rails. the harness
will have connectors similar in
appearance to those on the
T-Connector harness.
3. Beginning with the left (drivers) side, disconnect
the vehicle harness connectors. Check the
connectors for dirt and debris and clean if necessary. taking care
not to damage the locking tabs.
4. Position the T-Connector ends with the Yellow wire between
the separated vehicle connectors. Firmly press the connector
ends together until the locking tabs engage. Take care not to
damage the locking tabs.
5. Route the T-Connector ends with the Green wire along the
vehicle frame under the body to the right (passenger) side of the
vehicle.
6. Repeat steps 3 & 4 for the left (passenger) side using the
T-Connector ends with the Green wire.
7. Confirm correct operation with a test light or by using a
trailer.
8. Secure the T-Connector trailer plug near the center of the
vehicle bumper with a cable tie (provided).
