AQUA DET 2 pump can be programmed with the use of 4 internal trimmers and 6 internal DIP SWITCH.
By using the three potentiometers is possible adjust the following parameters:
POT1: speed of the detergent pump on the rinse phase (TOPUP) from ~10 to 100%.
POT2: speed of the rinse-aid pump on the rinse phase from ~10 to 100%.
POT3: dosing time of detergent pump during the initial charge phase from 0 to 120 seconds.
POT4: delay of the rinse pump from 1 to 15 seconds.
With the DIP SWITCH some adding function can be enable/disable.

INITIAL CHARGE (Charge solenoid valve) L.E.D. 1 is on
When the load solenoid valve is on, the detergent pump will dose for the set time, working at maximum
speed. To adjust the detergent pump dosing time use the POT3 ( 0-120 seconds) .
TOP-UP (Top-up solenoid valve) L.E.D. 2 is on
When the rinse solenoid valve is on, both pumps will work at the set speed.
To adjust the detergent pump speed use the POT1 (~10-100% ).
To adjust the rinse-aid pump speed use the POT2 (~10-100% ).
If the rinse signal lasts more than 30 seconds the DET2 performs the initial charge!!
INITIAL CHARGE (Charge solenoid valve) L.E.D. 1 is on
When the load solenoid valve is on, the detergent pump will start to dose after a 20 seconds delay. It doses
for the set time, working at maximum speed. To adjust the detergent pump dosing time use the POT3 ( 0-
120 seconds) .
To prime, press the left key for the detergent pump, and the right key for the rinse-aid pump (Fig. 3).
Priming can be activated only when at least one solenoid valve is ON.
1. Periodically check the chemical tank level to avoid the pump running dry.
2. Check the suction and delivery tubes for any impurities that could damage to the pump tube and
cause the pump to deliver a low flow.
3. Check regularly the operation of the pump especially when dosing aggressive chemicals and check
the condition of the foot filter which can clog and cause the pump to deliver a low flow.
