After removing the operating valve (A) and the seal (I), you can put the lid in
the dishwasher.
Never put the operating valve (A), seal (l) or pot in the dishwasher.
To clean the steam release vent (B) on the lid:
Remove the valve (A)

To clean the safety valve (E):
Clean the part of the safety valve located inside the lid by passing it under
running water.
Check that it is operating correctly by pushing down on the lock indicator
several times with your finger, as it must be movable

MAINTENANCE
To replace the seal on your pressure cooker:
Change the seal on your pressure cooker every year or whenever it shows
signs of cracking.
Always use an original Tefal seal that corresponds to your model (see the
"Accessories" paragraph).
To replace the seal, please refer to
correctly passed under each of the notches in the lid.
To store your pressure cooker:
Turn the lid upside-down and rest it on the pot.
The pressure cooker opening/closing mechanism does not require any
special maintenance, apart from cleaning.
You must have your pressure cooker checked at a Tefal approved service centre
after 10 years of use.

Your pressure cooker can be used on all hobs, including induction but
excluding Aga hobs.
On an electric hob, use a plate with a diameter equal to or less than that of
the bottom of your pressure cooker.
On gas, the flame must not extend beyond the diameter of the pot.
On all burners or hot plates, make sure that your pressure cooker is properly
centred.
No matter the type of hob you use, make sure the base of your pressure
cooker is clean and dry before placing it on the plate.
