SETUP AND OPERATION

Before use
Wash all parts that come into contact with the ice cream carefully (including the solid
bowl, removable bowl, mixer blade, transparent lid, refill lid, measuring cup and
spoon).
Prepare recipe ingredients
Prepare the ingredients as specified in your recipe or in the recipe section of the
operating instructions. Put the prepared ingredients in the removable bowl.
NOTE: You do not have to pre-cool the bowl in the freezer in advance because the
device has a compressor that cools the ingredients during ice cream making.
