4. Take out condensation tray (draw out according to the arrow, see Fig.4), oil
tank and basket out, then put them in soapy warm water.
Note: Always remove the filter and filter cover before cleaning the lid, the
filter should be replaced after using 15 times, when put on the filter, the
black one is upper, the white one is lower. The material of the white filter is
Nylon and of the black is active carbon, the function of the white is
absorbing steam and of the black is absorbing oil.
5. Clean them thoroughly then rinse under running water.
6. Wipe the surfaces of all parts and out side of unit surface with warm wet
towel then dry them with dry towel.
7. Assemble all parts together and keep for next use.
WARNING: Never immerse the plastic body of the fryer in water or any
other liquids.
