Cause
The water tank is full.
The water tank's float
is stuck, causing the
sensor to misread
the water level in the
tank.
The power has been
cut off.
The water tank is in
the wrong position.
The dehumidifier is in
a poor location.
The air vent is
blocked.
Solution
Remove and empty the water tank, before
replacing it in its original position.
Remove the water tank, push down he
float and then return the tank to its original
position.
Check to ensure the adapter is connected
and the wall socket is turned on.
Remove and replace the water tank.
Ensure the dehumidifier is in an
environment that is between 20-30°C and
60-80% humidity and that all the doors and
windows are closed.
Ensure there is a 10 cm distance from any
walls, furniture, or other appliances around
the dehumidifier.
