To measure two temperatures of over 200°C with a difference
of less than 200°C, the T1-T2 reading is given to a tenth of a
degree.
I Press the ON/OFF button when the measurement is
complete.
It does not switch off automatically.

4. CHARACTERISTICS

Plug-in probe with a specific measurement range. E.g. with
the SK7 air probe, the thermometer-probe measuring range
is -50°C to +250°C.

4.1 MEASURING RANGE

From -50°C to +1000°C in two measurement ranges: -50°C to
+199.9°C and +200°C to +1000°C.
I -50°C to +199.9°C with a resolution of 0.1°C.
I +200°C to +1000°C with a resolution of 1°C.
NB: The range changes automatically at +200°C when the
temperature is rising and at below 180°C when the temperature
is falling.
4.2 DISPLAY
I 2000-counts liquid crystal display (13.5mm).
I Automatic reading of the "-" sign.
I Display to a tenth of a degree : -50°C to +199.9°C.
I If the range 1000°C > 2000 counts is exceeded : when the
couple is disconnected or off, the figure 1000 is displayed
with the number 1 flashing.
4.3 THERMOMETER ACCURACY (in the 25°C reference
range**)
I From -50.0°C to 0.0°C :
I From 0.0°C to 199.9°C :
I From +200°C to +1000°C :
* See reading correction curves below.
** Outside the 25°C reference range, account must be taken of
the error from cold junction compensation.
4.4 WARNING
I The measurement points must be at the same electrical
potential (TK 2002).
+ linearity +/-1°C*.
+ linearity +/-0.5°C +/1.5%*.
+ linearity +/-0.5°C +/-1.5%*.
