The scale can be ordered with an optional RS-232 output.

RS-232 output of weighing data.
ASCII code.
8 data bits.
No Parity.

9 pin type d-submini socket.
Pin 2: Output (TXD).
Pin 3: Input, not used at this time (RXD).
Pin 7: Signal Ground (GND).

oFF). oFF must be always selected.
Set the RS232 type (off/printer). When selected RS232 oFF,
acummulation function is disabled. Printer must be always
selected.
Set the printer type (off/eltron/zebrl). "eltron" must be always
selected.
Set the baud rate (600/1200/2400/4800/9600).
Set the RS232 mode (7e1/7o1/8n1).
Set the scale mode (0/1/2/3). 0 or 3 must be always selected
only.
Set whether use re tare function, if this parameter is on, you
can do tare operation continuously, if this parameter is off, you
only can do tare operation one time, press
