Operation Instruction

1
Preparing for Cutting
Designate a work area that is clean and well lit. Keep children
and pets out of the work area.
Read the user manual and safety guidelines before operating
the machine.
Ensure you understand the basic speci cation of your
machine.
Wear PPEs to protect your eyes and skin from hot sparks
and intensive arc rays. Ensure same protections are provided
to any bystanders nearby.
Ensure all the combustible, ammable, hazardous substances
are removed from the work area. Make sure a re
extinguisher within reach is available.
Inspect your machine before each use and do not operate a
machine with damaged cables and components. Replace all
damaged parts before use. Have a quali ed technician to help
you if needed.
NOTE: The plasma cutting machine doesn't include a built-in
air compressor, so a source of clean and dry air/nitrogen
must be supplied to the plasma cutting machine during
operation.
NOTE: Although the plasma cutting machine has a built-in air
lter/dryer, an additional air lter/dryer may be needed if in a
very humid environment.
2
Setting Up for Cutting
Ensure a source of clean and dry air/nitrogen is connected to
the plasma cutting machine.
If in very humid environment, install an additional lter/dryer
in the inlet of the air supply line.
Ensure your workpiece is clean and dry; make sure the
ground clamp has a good connection to the workpiece.
Connect the plasma torch to the plasma torch cable socket
(F).
Switch the ON/OFF power switch (K) to ON.
Adjust amperage adjustment knob (E) and set to the target
output current.
Press the control switch on the plasma torch handle to start
cutting; the cutting indicator (B) will illuminate while the
control switch is on.
When cutting is complete, release the control switch to turn
off the plasma torch.
NOTE: Ensure to disconnect the power cable and wait for the
plasma torch to cool down after each use.
WARNING: Cutting processes generate high-
temperature arc, cutting sparks, hot metal and hot
spatters. Cutting arc generates extremely intense
ultraviolet and infrared light. Failure to wear
protective equipment during cutting can severely
damage your eyes and burn your skin.
WARNING: Failure to protect combustible
materials against cutting sparks, hot metal and
hot spatters can cause re and even explosion. Fire
and explosion can cause death, injury and property
damage.
