Secure the 2 galvanised supports D and E to the base B, pass the axle F through the through-holes of the 2 supports
D and E, insert the 2 fixed wheels G on to the axle, and lock them (using self-threading screws) with the 2 plugs H.

Fit the cylinder support I on to the base B.
