3.6 Active Torque Control – ATC
TE 60-ATC/AVR
In addition to the mechanical slip clutch, this product is also equipped with ATC.
ATC detects sudden, uncontrolled rotation of the power tool about its own axis and switches the tool off
immediately. This may occur, for example, when the accessory tool is tilted.
When ATC is activated the motor stops. Restart the power tool by releasing the control switch and then
pressing it again.
Note
Always choose a working position that allows the power tool to rotate freely in a counterclockwise
direction. If this rotation is not possible, ATC cannot react.

3.7 Active Vibration Reduction (AVR)

TE 60-AVR
This product is equipped with an Active Vibration Reduction (AVR) system, which reduces vibration
significantly.

3.8 Quick-release chuck (accessory)

The quick-release chuck is suitable for use with accessory tools with a smooth, cylindrical shank or a
hexagonal shank, e.g.:
• Drill bits for wood
• Drill bits for metal
• Mixing paddles
The quick-release chuck with chuck holder is used for working without the hammering action.

3.9 Service indicator

The combihammer is equipped with a service indicator LED.
Status
The service indicator lights.
The service indicator blinks.

4 Technical data

4.1 Combihammer
When powered by a generator or transformer, the generator or transformer's power output must be at least
twice the rated input power shown on the rating plate of the power tool. The operating voltage of the
transformer or generator must always be within +5% and -15% of the rated voltage of the power tool.
The information given applies to a rated voltage of 230 V. The data may vary in the event of deviations from
the rated voltage and for country-specific versions. Please refer to the power tool's rating plate for details of
its voltage, frequency, current and input power ratings.
