tective measures have to be found for consumers of high voltage dropout - current ( for example motor run devices or lamps
exceeding power rating of 800W ) or commutation – times < 24 seconds. • Modification of the product results in the loss of all war-
ranty claims. • In case the time switch is installed between exothermal facilities causing an ambient temperature of over 55°C, a
vacuum has to be created between the exothermal facilities and the time switch ( f. e.
1 vacuum module, stock number 044 41.
Function
The Rex 2000 D21SN is a digital 7 day time switch with a circular segmented display for general rail mounting use.The
time switch is provided with a control contact which can control the relay output for a set time up to 23h59m. Up to 8 pro-
gram pictures can be set. A program picture incorporates both On and OFF time. If no button is pressed during program-
ming for 60 seconds the time switch goes back to the start position. The copy function enables program to be copied to
other days. Minimum switching time is 1 minute. The delay time can be set from 0:00 to 23h59. The switching times are
protected but can be overlaid by other programs. Programs are displayed with a minimum segment size of 30 minutes.
The time and the week days are presented digitally. The summer-/winter changeover can be programmed for hand or
automatic operation.

Function diagram

The control signal has to be available ≥ 400ms for the control contact to
release a switching order.
The control contact takes priority over hand on/off and continuous swit-
ching. The delay time starts when the control signal is switched off.
