necessary to replace the product – in whole or in part –
then this replacement shall be free of charge.
3.4 You will receive a written notice regarding repair or replace-
ment that has been done with respect to your product.
3.5 Repairing a malfunction in the product shall bring it back
to its condition as it was prior to the occurrence of the
malfunction and if such repair involves the replacement
of any components, such components will be replaced
with new and original components.
3.6 Repair will be performed within ten (10) days from the
day on which the product was delivered to a TAG Heuer
Customer Service Center or within 2 weeks from the date
on which the product was delivered to TAG Heuer autho-
rized retailer. Saturdays and holidays will not be counted
as part of the periods detailed herein.

5. The International Limited Guarantee is provided in TAG Heuer
Customer Service Center in Israel, which details can be found
on http://customer-service.tagheuer.com.
6. ADDITIONAL LIMITED GUARANTEE - After the end of the first year of guar-
antee, the Israeli Specific Terms other than Section 3 remain applicable
to your TAG Heuer Connected Watch (excluding the accessories) for one
additional year. For the avoidance of doubt, the duly electronically activated
(or duly signed, if no electronic activation system is available) International
Guarantee Card will still have to be enclosed with your TAG Heuer Connected
Watch when it is sent for repair.
- Lebanon
This International Limited Guarantee is in addition to other
rights and remedies available to you under law, which may not
be excluded. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this
guarantee, in addition to the International Limited Guarantee,
TAG Heuer is liable for the warranty of conformity and warranty
against hidden defects described respectively in articles 28 and
29 of the Lebanese Consumer Protection Law ("CPL"). Pursuant
to article 28 of the CPL, TAG Heuer guarantees the quality of the
products and their conformity to the description that such sup-
plier has announced. According to article 29 of the CPL, TAG Heuer
guarantees hidden defects that concretely damage the products
or make such products unsuitable for its proper use as resulting
from their nature or from the provisions of the contract taking
into consideration that this guarantee shall neither cover faults
that slightly damage the products or the use of such products,
nor faults customarily permissible.
- Puerto Rico
In addition to the International Limited Guarantee, the seller of the
product is liable for the warranty against hidden defects described
in Article 1363 of the Puerto Rico Civil Code for a period of six
months from your date of purchase. Pursuant to Article 1363,
the seller warrants that there are no hidden faults or defects in
the product that make it improper for the uses for which it was
intended or seriously diminish its usefulness.
- Russia
This International Limited Guarantee is in addition to other rights
and remedies available to you under Russian consumer law. In
particular:
• in case of reveal of any defect in your product, you are entitled
to benefit from the rights provided to you by Russian consumer
law, as well as by the International Limited Guarantee. Terms
and conditions for granting of the guarantee for your product
are described in the section "What is covered?" wherein you are
entitled to make claims related to defects of the TAG Heuer
Connected Watch;
• the absence of a properly activated guarantee card does not
release TAG Heuer from its guarantee obligations. Nevertheless,
in order to benefit at the fullest extent and within the shortest
possible time from the International Limited Guarantee the
following conditions must be met:
- the proof of purchase should be provided when returned
to a TAG Heuer's store for repair;
- in respect of the Connected Watch, the serial number
engraved on the case is perfectly legible and no part of
the original case back or original serial number has been
removed, modified, falsified, altered, replaced, erased,
defaced or made illegible;
• the useful life of the TAG Heuer Connected Watch is two (2)
years and the useful life of its accessories is one (1) year;
• in accordance with Russian law, the TAG Heuer Connected
Watch falls within the category of technically sophisticated
goods;
• the representative of the manufacturer in Russia, authorized
to address your claims is LVMH Watch & Jewellery Rus LLC -
