Wash all removable parts before using the unit for the first time.
Plug unit into the appropriate electrical outlet. Place the air fryer on a flat, stable and dry
surface.
Pull out handle to remove the frying pan and basket out. Then remove the frying basket from
the pan by sliding the protection cover and then press the release button (see figure 2).

Clean the internal non-stick surface of the pan and the frying basket with a damp cloth. Dry it
completely using a dry cloth or paper towel.
Place foods to be cooked inside the frying basket making sure to not to exceed the capacity
for each type of food or ¾ of the volume of the basket.
Place the basket back onto the frying pan locking it into place and insert it back into the air
fryer cavity.
Plug unit into the electrical outlet. Turn air fryer on by pressing the on/off button and select the
desired temperature and time. Follow the reference tale included in this manual or your own
recipe or preference.
Note: If you are using the product for the first time and it is not hot yet, add 5 minutes
to the cooking time. This is the required time to preheat the internal air frying cavity. If
the unit is already hot, select the regular cooking temperature.
Note: Some foods need to be stirred during the cooking process to ensure even
cooking. Carefully pull out the frying pan/basket halfway through the cooking process
and shake it to stir the foods inside the basket. Keep away from possible hot steam
when pulling out the basket. You may also use a heat resistant utensil if needed to turn
foods.
