The table saw is constantly burning the material:
• The saw blade is damaged;
• The material is being pushed too fast;
• The rip fence is misaligned;
It is difficult to turn the height adjustment handle:
• Gears are clogged with dust;
Poor cutting performance:
• The saw blade is damaged or dirty;
• The saw blade is not ideal for the intended task;
• The saw blade is mounted upside down;
Solution
• Plug in or repair the power cord;
• Repair or replace the switch;
• Activate the thermal overload relay
• Reinstall the miter gauge;
• Clean and grease the rails;
• Adjust the fixing screw;
• Replace the saw blade;
• Push the material more slowly;
• Align the rip fence;
• Clean the gears and grease;
• Clean and replace the saw blade;
• Replace the saw blade with the correct one;
• Reinstall the saw blade correctly;
