Note: For proper stability, holes must be countersunk so that the bolt heads are flush with the
bottom surface of the mounting board.
3. Securely clamp the mounting board to a workbench using two or more work clamps (not
included).
Note: If lag screws are used, make sure they are long enough to go through holes in belt/disc
sander base and material the belt/disc sander is being mounted to. If machine bolts are used,
make sure bolts are long enough to go through holes in the belt/disc sander, material being
mounted to, and washers, lock washers and hex nuts.
