NOTE: The citrus juicer allows you to juice into the unit's juice container. To be able
to utilize the unit's juice container, make sure the anti-drip spout is in the upward
position. If you wish to pour directly into another cup or container, make sure the anti-
drip spout is in the downward position.
2. Cut the fruit (orange, lime or lemon) in half by cutting across the fruit segments, rather
than across the tip ends, to ensure more efficient juicing.
3. Plug the unit into the outlet.
4. Place a citrus fruit half, cut side down, onto the cone.
5. Grasp the handle and slowly lower the press arm. Press down (in a gentle but firm
action) until the dome is in contact with the fruit skin. The motor will automatically start
and the cone will begin to rotate. The juice will be extracted from the fruit and flow into
the juice container. The pulp and seeds will collect in the filter.
6. To automatically stop the motor, lift the press arm up to its extended position.
7. Wash removable parts immediately after use. It is difficult to clean dry fruit or pulp.
WARNING: NEVER IMMERSE MOTOR BASE IN WATER.
• Let the fruit reach room temperature before squeezing.
• To loosen fruit fibers, roll fruit between countertop and the palm of your hand.
• Unplug juicer before cleaning.
• Do not use abrasive detergent, scrub pads, acetone, alcohol, etc.
• After each use, wash removable parts; the dome, cone, filter and juice container and
wash them with hot, soapy water. Rinse well and wipe them dry.
• Clean the surface of the motor base with a cloth and sponge dampened with
hot, soapy water. CAUTION: DO NOT IMMERSE UNIT IN WATER. Rinse with a
dampened cloth or sponge and wipe dry.
