Attaching the Light Kit
CAUTION - To reduce the risk of electrical shock,
disconnect the electrical supply circuit to the fan
before installing the light kit.
1. Remove one screw from the black bracket below
the fan motor assembly. Loosen but do not remove
the other two screws. (Figure 14)
2. Connect the 9-pin plug exiting the bottom of the
fan motor to the 9-pin plug from the light kit pan.
Be sure plugs connection snap together completely.

3. Attach the light kit pan to the fan motor assembly
by pushing the light kit pan up to engage the screw
heads in the key slots and turn clockwise to secure.
Reinstall the screw removed in first step, tighten
each screw. (Figure 14)
4. Remove one screw from light kit pan. Loosen but
do not remove the other two screws.
5. Connect the wires from light kit pan to the wires
from light kit fitter assembly by connecting the
molded adaptor plugs together (blue to black, white
to white). (Figure 15)
6. Push the light kit fitter assembly up to the light kit
pan so that the two loosened screws heads fit into
the keyhole slots. Turn the light kit fitter assembly
to secure. Tighten each screw firmly. (Figure 15)
7. With the power off, install the two LED bulbs by
screwing them into the light bulb sockets. (Figure
16)
8. Place the glass shade into the light kit pan, aligning
the three flat areas on the top of the glass shade with
three raised dimples in the light kit pan. Turn the
glass shade clockwise until it stops. (Figure 16)
9. Install the pull chain extension chains and fobs.
