If there is any problem with the functions, (such as the buttons not
working), turn off , wait several seconds and turn on again. Check if it is
working properly.
Symptom
No power.
It does not work after pressing "PLAY".
There is no image / There is no colour.
The images freezes or stops.
There is no sound coming from the speakers.
The other connection system has no sound.
The sound tracks could not be changed.
The subtitles are not displayed.
The remote control does not work.
The earphones and speakers make a noise.

CHECKING AND ACTION
1. Check that the adaptor is connected properly to the main unit and to the socket.
2. Check that the battery has been installed properly.
3. Replace the old battery.
4. Ensure it is in the "ON" position.
1. Check that the disc has been inserted properly.
2. The disc might be dirty or damaged, clean it or try with another disc.
1. Check that the VCD, DVD or CD has no image output.
2. Check that the brightness and the tone have been adjusted properly.
3. If connected to the TV and there is no colour, change the TV Setup.
The disc quality is bad, use a disc in good condition.
1. The speakers will not work if the earphones are connected.
2. Adjust the volume.
1. Check that the whole system is connected properly.
2. Check that the input system status is correct.
Some discs may only have one audio track.
1. This function depends on whether the disc has subtitles, as some discs do not.
2. Open subtitles.
1. Check if the batteries in the remote control have been inserted correctly.
2. Point directly at the remote control sensor.
1. The disc quality is bad. Change disc.
2. Reset System Setup.
