TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Appliance does
not work.
Appliance cools
too much.
The food is too
warm.
Unusual noises
The outer side
panels are hot.
Possible Cause
Thermostat is set to 0.
Mains plug is not plugged
in or is loose.
Fuse has blown.
Socket is defective.
The temperature setting is
too cold.
Incorrect temperature.
Door left open for an
extended time.
A large amount of warm
food was inserted in the
last 24 hours.
The appliance is too near a
heat source.
Door seal is not airtight.
Appliance is not level.
Appliance
is
touching
the wall, a pipe or other
objects.
This is normal. The heat
exchange parts are in the
side panels.

Solution
Turn the thermostat to the
recommended setting (1-7).
Insert
the
mains
correctly.
Check and replace the fuse.
Ask an electrician to fix the
socket.
Turn the temperature to a
warmer setting.
Turn the temperature to a
colder setting.
Do not leave the door open
unnecessarily.
Temporarily use a colder
temperature.
Check
the
guidelines
advised in the Installation/
Location section and move
the appliance away from the
heat source.
Warm the leaking sections
of the seal with a hair dryer
(on a cool setting) and
mould them by hand until
they sit correctly.
Adjust the feet.
Move the appliance or pipe
slightly.
Use gloves to touch the side
panels.
